I’m someone who enjoys being quiet and reflecting on how emotions and the mind work. Since I was young, I’ve often asked myself, “Who am I?” That curiosity led me to study many things like psychology, meditation, philosophy, and ancient wisdom — not just from books, but through personal experience.
Over time, people started opening up to me. They’d often say, “Talking to you helped me feel clearer.” That’s when I saw that most of our outside problems — especially with people — come from what’s going on inside.
Now, I simply share what I’ve learned, to help others feel more balanced, peaceful, and connected to their true self.
